Without hesitation, they seized Fr. Adikwu and vanished into the night.In response to the alarming situation, authorities swiftly deployed the Operation Zenda unit to track down the perpetrators and secure the safe return of the kidnapped clergyman. The arduous efforts of the Operation Zenda team ultimately yielded success, culminating in the rescue of Rev. Father Adikwu on Tuesday.SP Catherine Anene, the Police Public Relations Officer for the state command, officially confirmed the release of the priest. Highlighting the operation’s progress, Anene stated that after receiving a crucial tip-off on Friday morning, the command promptly mobilized its forces and dispatched personnel to the targeted area.”Our team has been diligently pursuing the abductors in that vicinity for a considerable duration,” Anene revealed. “It was the unwavering pressure exerted by our determined officers that ultimately compelled the kidnappers to release him.”While the details surrounding the circumstances of Fr.
