The specific cases include CA/PEPC/03/2023, featuring Mr. Peter Gregory Obi & Anor against Independent National Electoral Commission & 3 Ors; CA/PEPC/04/2023, involving Allied Peoples Movement against Independent National Electoral Commission & 4 Ors; and CA/PEPC/05/2023, with Abubakar Atiku & Anor against Independent National Electoral Commission & 2 Ors.
